By using RUN GROUP LIMITED’s services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
All waste collected by RUN GROUP LIMITED is disposed of in accordance with the Waste Minimisation Act 2008 and local council bylaws, including Auckland Council’s waste management guidelines.RUN GROUP LIMITED does not accept or dispose of hazardous, prohibited, or controlled waste, such as asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, paint, or batteries, unless previously agreed in writing and in compliance with legal disposal methods.
Customers are responsible for accurately identifying the waste to be collected. Any items found to breach New Zealand dumping regulations or require special handling may incur additional fees or be declined at pickup.
Illegal dumping or improper waste disclosure by the customer may result in cancellation of services and potential reporting to the appropriate authorities. RUN GROUP LIMITED reserves the right to refuse collection of any materials deemed unsafe, unlawful, or environmentally non-compliant.
